Aerial Yin and Deep give you a great opportunity to expand your portfolio or deepen your own knowledge. Aerial Yin gives many clients easy access to Yin practice, as the cloth provides positive support. The cloth is positioned just above the floor or at shin height, depending on the sequence of exercises and requirements.
In Aerial Yin Yoga, the poses are held for between 3 and 7 minutes and you work with aids such as cushions, blankets, and blocks. A very efficient workout for fascia and connective tissue! Regeneration and relaxation. Our clients love it!
The focus of your Aerial Yoga Yin Deep training is on the anatomically and physiologically correct alignment of the asanas, assists, breathing, meditation, letting go, and relaxation.

• Planning and conducting aerial yin classes
• Basics of yon yoga
• Meridian system
• Meditation and relaxation in the aerial hammock
• Safety, installation, and care of the aerial hammock and accessories

490 EUR per person

What requirements do I need to fulfil for the Aerial Yoga Yin Deep Teacher Training?
For the Aerial Yoga Yin Deep Teacher Training you should have Aerial Yoga experience, but you do not have to be a yoga teacher. It is helpful if you have previous experience in other areas such as sport, physiotherapy, medicine… feel free to contact us. Some participants only take part in this course to deepen their own practice.

After passing the exam (theory and practice), you can register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with your certificate.
