Aerial Yoga Teacher Training 50h in Greece

International AYA certified (American Yoga Alliance)

Aerial yoga – blissfully weightless – yoga with the hammock as your partner.

Spend 4 days of lightness and weightlessness with your aerial yoga specialists.
Experience aerial yoga as an exciting yoga alternative for your clients. Aerial yoga strengthens the body and increases flexibility while protecting the joints. Clients experience greatly improved body tension, balance, and courage.

Yoga in a pleasantly soft and elastic silk, which originally comes from circus acrobatics, makes you and your clients happy, as many asanas can be performed more easily and in a more relaxed manner.

Your training as an aerial yoga teacher includes the basics of aerial yoga with over 80 aerial asanas, the planning and structure of aerial yoga classes, and the interplay of asanas, breathing, and many playful elements that will make your participants overjoyed.

The training focuses on the anatomically and physiologically correct alignment of asanas, assists, breathing, meditation, lots of practice, and the safety of your client in the aerial hammock.
